After scoring the game's first three goals the Gophers seemed to go asleep and give up two to allow the Mavericks to get back in the game at 3-2. But Woken then scores with just two minutes left in the period to make it 4-2 at the end of two.

Gophers 6, Mavs 3. Minnesota has now won 41 straight games in the series, and is 86-3-3 all time.

Northestern takes care of bidness and defeats UConn today 5-2.

Merrimack leads Maine 1-0 after 2 periods of play. Update: now Merrimack up 2-0 about halfway through the 3rd period

Merrimack and Maine goes final...3-0 shutout for Merrimack.

At the end of two BC is up 3-1 on Providence. Surprisingly, shots are even at 16-16.

Gophers with a great first period and go up 4-0 on the Buckeyes. Their first and forth were power play goals, by Zumwinkle and Schammel respectively. In between Oden scored on a rebound, and Woken on a real nice wrist shot while coming down the right side. Shots in the first were 19-6 Gophers.

Gophers have made some serious line changes, and so far they're making their coach look like a genious.

Yale, desperate for a playoff spot, outshoots RPI 49-20. But....Selander. Final score 1-1. RPI still over .500 in conference play, with only 17 goals in 13 games. Lovisa "Kazmaier" Selander.
