D1 2018-19 scores, discussion, etc

Re: D1 2018-19 scores, discussion, etc

2-2 after two. Princeton scored in transition, and Minnesota missed a lot of good chances.

My post season losing streak continues

Colgate, Cornell, BC beat CCT. NOT
Prinny beat Cornell. NOT
Northeastern beat Cornell. NOT
Minny over Prinny. Come on Princeton make me another loser.

Well, shades of the days of old, its almost (but not quite) a deja vu of the 1970 NCAA Frozen Four with Minnesota replacing Michigan Tech.

Early game: (4) Clarkson v (1) Wisconsin
Late game: (6) Cornell v (2) Minnesota

Who's going?

Well all not so good/good things must come to an end.

I'm a big believer in shooting for the empty net, even if you can't get it out of your own end and are risking icing (especially if you still have your timeout). The benefits of success outweigh the downside risk. It took Minnesota three Tuesday, but it eventually worked.
