After last year's collapse against OSU, more hope than doom and gloom for michigan. Better win next year though at home...

Growing up in a Michigan household, I'm just used to the Wolverines being overrated. And I dislike Harbaugh's gigantic ego, even if he wins more than he loses.

Re: College Football 2016-17: Destination Tampa

They're probably properly rated now. I do wonder how long harbaugh stays though. Always gonna be NFL rumors.

What's interesting is if either psu or wisconsin beat ohio state, the champ, ohio state and michigan will all have two losses. So if the committee values conference champions, hard to keep out either wisconsin or psu if they win. Especially if it's PSU as they'd have two wins over ohio st
It's Wisconsin versus either Penn State or Ohio State for the Big Ten.

Mitch Leidner <strike>handed</strike> passed that game to Wisconsin.

Re: College Football 2016-17: Destination Tampa

Looks like the 3rd best team in the east will in fact play for the title. Wisconsin is gonna beat minny so will be very interesting to see where the winner next week ends up compared to michigan. One will be a 2 loss conf champion but michigan beat both of them.

The specifics of how it happened aren't really important. Even with a 7 point lead in the 4th with the ball, Minnesota doesn't beat Wisconsin...ever. You give the Gophers that scenario 100 times, they lose 100 times.

PSU 45 _ MSU 12 with 2 minutes left.

Now final. 39 unanswered points in the second half.

I'm rooting for Alabama, UW, Clemson and the Pedo bears to all win next week and then still have OSU get in over PSU.

Re: College Football 2016-17: Destination Tampa

I suspect we'll hear even more cries for 8 teams the way this seems to be unfolding
