Whenever there are 6 the MAC must stick together! Downfall of the NCHC is near! ;)

FYI, you guys look like dolts with a short logo that a) has a number in the middle of two letters like Home Alone Kevin's moronic older brother's "A,2,d" commentary and b) tries to appear like a logo implying 16 teams, proving yet again, that some of the finest research universities in America hire marketing firms that can't count.

Apparently emailed to people associated with UB

The following is a statement from University at Buffalo Vice President and Director of Athletics Warde Manuel as it relates to rumors about UB adding men's ice hockey. This is the only public comment the department will be making at this time:
“The University at Buffalo athletic department has been in conversations with established Division I hockey conferences to examine the possibility of returning our hockey program. While we are flattered to have these discussions there are several things that would need to occur both fiscally and within conference alignments for this to work for UB at this time.”

I thought you guys were talking about Buffalo State (SUNYAC, D-III) moving up.

The University at Buffalo doesn't have hockey at all today, do they? That's quite a leap, from nothing to D-I. That's an enormous, full D-I school, too.
