So if Notre Dame stays away the bhhc goes with St Cloud, is that about the size of it? Starting to look an awful lot like the old WCHA. I wonder if this means that if St Cloud is in then WMU is out?

Hmm....too bad they didn't have a contingency plan for when MN and WI left, huh?

But the WCHA would be down to 10 teams. You just can't bounce back from that. Denver and North Dakota really had no choice but to bolt.

Do I blame them for leaving the league? Not really. Did they have to leave the league? Nope.

Because irony's correct meaning is a mild form of sarcasm. Why did the WCHA going to ten teams leave them no choice but to bolt? Last year was the first time it had ever been more than ten.
