Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R) learned that the hard way on Tuesday while visiting two of the city's popular cheesesteak spots, where he cut in line, left behind his trash, and ordered the famous Philly sandwich — with American cheese and without onions.
Aaaah, so it's like a puppet show. GOP is one puppet, and Democrats are the other puppet. The puppet master is Old Money who doesn't have to care who wins because they control everything anyway. So, we truly have reached full bore 100% plutocracy status. I suspected, but now I know.
Meanwhile, Trump says if Obama could run for a third term he'd cream him, AND he'd love to Palin on his team. Is Trump old money or new money? I'm guessing new.
Good God. He's a complete idiot. What a mistake thinking he got elected three times with some street smarts.
This is people waiting outside in Philly for a Cheesesteak. It doesn't get much more American than that.Remember Scooby, getting a bunch of people in Door Country to vote for you is much easier than getting people with indoor plumbing, cable tv and internet access to vote for you.![]()
Bingo...old money wins no matter what. These people are like Goldman Sachs...it doesnt matter what party wins they still get more money and power. They just love watching the minions scurry about trying to pretend they have a voice. They laugh at the idea of haves and have nots because even the haves are below them.

Primary wise he needs to win New Hampshire to prove his electability. If he can't do that, and Graham is still in the race when it gets to SC, that SEC primary gets reeaaallly interesting with Cruz, Bush and Rubio battling it out.
Yeah....I don't know...the problem with Bush is you can get a younger version of him without the general election baggage. That would most likely be Walker, but could be Rubio as well. Regardless his path to victory is the Dole/McCain last man standing after everyone's first choice kills each other one. That doesn't bode well for the general election. Bush can win FL most likely and he still needs to go flip 5 other states to win the election (some combo of OH/VA/CO/NV/VH/etc) while holding NC. I just don't see how he does all that and he will most likely have to put in a big effort to win his home state. VP selections rarely have an impact on the election, and even if he did take say Walker there's no guarantee that wins WI. Kasich could work but again its rare for that to be a difference maker.

Waiting outside the two most overrated cheesesteak shops, for the most overrated sandwich in America? Why yes, I do believe you're correct!![]()
You probably put ketchup on your hot dogs.
If there is no Coney sauce for my hot dog, or if it's not Chicago Style, d*mn right ketchup is going on my hot dog.You probably put ketchup on your hot dogs.
Can / did you factor in an anti Hillary vote? Or would it be the same #/% anti that BHO faced?

Similar in total but from different places. Hillary will outperform Obama in Appalachia and other places where he got like 10% of the white vote. However that's not going to be a factor because even if she doubles those %'s - who cares? She isn't winning those states. However it may make it easier for her to win in places like Pennsylvania or Michigan.
The flip side is there are a lot of older conservatives particular in the chattering class that blame Bill Clinton for prematurely ending the Reagan Era. Those people are going to be apocalyptic at her candidacy. I for one am of the mindset that Obama hatred has little do to with race or percevied religion. Those are just an excuse as he hasn't been treated any worse by the opposition than Bill Clinton was.

Exactly.
I'd worry a little about VA, assuming black turnout was a big effect. NC, for the same reason, is off the table. But generally speaking big black turnout happens in states dominated by old industrial cities (which are going Dem anyway) or in Black Belt southern hell holes states (which are going GOP).
As for the rest, it can probably only help to be running someone who will remind older voters of our last inarguably successful presidency, and of course we'll see if women "mind the gap."
I don't worry about this as much, because there are relatively large cushions to play with here IF the Dem base turns out. A lot of people view every election within the prism of 2000. In fact that was the only razor thin election from 1968 to 2012.
So, will minority voting, particularly blacks, tail off? Sure. Will women, particularly older women, be more included to vote for a female candidate of their generation? Most likely. I don't know the net effect of all that, but its somewhat irrelevant. Hillary does not need to recreate Obama's 2008 election. She needs to recreate 2012. Jebbers!/etc need to recreate 2004, not shoot for 1984. The difference is Obama won 2012 by about 70 electoral votes, while Bush II won 2004 by 20or so IIRC.
