I grew up in Virginia and even I needed a second to remember who that was. I mean, you can't announce know unless you're someone with the media attention of Trump. If you're a no-name, you got to be first out of the gate to at least garner a little attention. Does he really think there's some portion of the electorate who are just hankering for Gilmore?

I keep hearing more and more reports on Hillary's email and it keeps getting worse and worse. It doesn't sound like Whitewater to me, it sounds more serious. Her favorable/unfavorable numbers are really really really bad.

While the email scandal is a joke, he isnt wrong about her numbers. She is dipping at a pretty high rate. People are starting to see what many of us have been saying for months...she is a fraud who cares nothing about anything truly progressive unless it helps her get elected.

While Scooby is doing his Scooby schtick, he is wrong about the #'s. Its using polls (Q) for example, that have Republicans turning out higher than Dems, which is the opposite of what's happened in the last several elections. As I often say, it ain't 1980 anymore. Want to generate a poll showing a dead heat? Monkey around with the expected turnout. Gee, Republicans don't like Hillary Clinton? Wow, I never would have expected that...

I think Hillary is so known that her favorables and unfavorables are completely predictable as the favorable and unfavorables of the Democrats as a whole at the time of the election, meaning they'll be about 50/50. Hillary is so ancient and so establishment that she just is the establishment. That's why nobody can get very excited by her -- nobody in history has had an orgasm for the establishment -- and also why the people who hate her are the same people who hate any generic mainstream (D).
Hillary's not a player on the field, she's the field itself. She's innert. Nothing big is going to happen, unless the field itself disappears into an enormous sinkhole.

Agreed. Hillary's impressions are pretty much set in stone. The biggest advantage she has going for her is she's married to the most popular politician in the country. His ability to frame issues and advocate for her is going to be significant as he's one of the few people with cross over support who can go pretty much anywhere. What is Jebbers! going to counter with, his brother?

Email stuff is nothing...that stuff blows over. I've been saying for months that she's over rated and that Bush is the real deal. It will just take time for the electorate to see that. In the end, it will be a close election (baring any big changes such as Trump entering as a 3rd).

Speaking as the voice of the liberal wing, she can't move far enough left. She ambitious and disingenuous and tied to a hundred hideous financial and corporate donors and I do not trust her. She'll have to prove it through actions if she's elected.
