Trumps mouth got him in trouble again. TF. He was asked not to come to some red state event after saying some more crap about Megyn Kelly. Its about time the money making adventure comes to an end. Trump gets what he wanted, more money, more publicity and his ego stroked

I'm sure he has a plan.

Good. I am pledged to protect my lady's dignity.

I couldn't have picked her out of a lineup but after seeing her I'm pretty sure protecting her dignity is the last thing on your mind.

Watching Jon Stewart's appearance on Crossfire and they asked him who he thought was the most impressive for the Democrats in the primaries. He said Al Sharpton, somewhat of a joke, but because he liked the way he spoke. He added the quote "I think the ones who don't have a chance at winning are the ones who can speak the most freely."

12 years later, here we are. The most freely spoken is leading, by a lot. Trump is out there racing Talledaga without a restrictor plate while the others are lagging behind. Of course, no restrictor plate means a bigger crash when it happens.

That's a perfect analogy. Is that yours, because I'm a gonna steal it. :)

Also, the Wikipedia entry on the history of restrictor plates in NASCAR is very interesting.

Megyn Kelly is a no nothing air head...to quote a friend of mine "She is so stupid it makes her ugly". Watching Stewart eviscerate her a few years ago about maternity leave amongst other issues made her look less like a beauty queen to me and more like Rosie O'Donnell.

Bernie Sanders disrupted at speech by Black Lives Matter protestors.

Hey idiots, quit screwing with the guy that already supports you and has supported you.

I don't understand why they shut the speech down. It sounds like it would have been possible to allow the protesters to state their position, then let Bernie speak. I will bet Bernie could draw the link between the protest and his points and unite everybody against the real enemy.

I've read this through three times and I can't see why this couldn't have been mutually resolved to everyone's (event, Bernie, crowd, protesters) satisfaction.

Then he gets 12,000 inside and another 3,000 outside for a stump speech at UWa. I wonder when the Clinton campaign is going to notice that that pesky gnat has molted into a rather formidable hornet.

Debate #1 is going to be interesting.

Would you expect anything less from a bunch of <strike>idiots</strike> anarchists? They obviously don't care that Bern backs them

No, I mean the event planners. Protest is legitimate and important. Give the protesters a few minutes to state their views, be respectful, then have Bernie address their concerns. Believe me, he would.

There are ways of absorbing protest into the dialog -- you don't have to be Tiananmen Square.

Also, I dunno about these guys but the Black Lives Matter movement in general is the opposite of anarchism: they want our police held to the rule of law.

Because they aren't interested in actual dialog on the subject. Just rhetoric.

If the Clinton campaign is run like the last one, they are clueless. She herself is a formidable candidate, but her staff last time was a bunch of apparatchiks.

Which is exactly why she isn't a LOCK.

I agree that protest is legit, but from my point of view these clowns aren't interested in a legitimate protest. Case in point was what they did to O'Malley.

As for them just wanting police to be held accountable, again from my POV and background, they'd sooner see all cops either locked up or dead.
