It is probably the most likely major city to receive a direct hit, although Dallas-Fort Worth may get an edge because of it's larger landmass.
If I had hundreds of millions to invest that is certainly where I would want to put it. I get buildings like that in NY, London, etc where real estate is a premium but it makes zero sense there. It’s a big ask for first responders too.
Apparently it's much safer now because Tornado Alley has been moving eastwards.
