I have had a Zflip for a year with zero issues...so no?

Is the crease noticable? Touch/feel? I've heard it's a crap shoot on where it folds.

I just wish the S series flagship phones weren't so expensive for the lack of features now (no 3.5mm, no MagStripe Samsung Pay, no real upgrades since the 20).

The crease is really only noticeable because it comes with a two piece screen protector. I thought it would bug me but it only does when it needs to be replaced. (which I need to do this week) Now I legit got it for $100 bucks (a deal cause I had Sprint and switched to TMobile) so even if it did break I got my money's worth but I am quite surprised how well it works.

The annoying thing to me is no expandable memory but a lot of phones are going that way.

Fair point, only $100 makes it pretty much gravy. To me, I just don't see the advantage of the folding. For the Flip, the smartphones have grown so gradually over the last 15 years that the current size isn't too unwieldy anymore; certainly if you went back 20 years and gave me a modern smartphone my reaction would be "this is too big" but with the change in size over time I don't really notice. For the Fold, sure it can fold out to be almost tablet sized, but doesn't pretty much everyone have a tablet; seems to jack-of-all-trades-master-of-none. Couple that with all of the quality issue for whatever company first did it about 5 or so years back, but they might have addressed that in newer models. To each their own, glad it's working for you!

The advantage is it is smaller in the pocket, beyond that not so much to be honest. When it opens it is the size of my old phone which I hated having in my pocket but this feels much better. (especially when running or exercising and listening to music)

I dont plan to get the zflip4 because it is still running fine and the specs arent that much better. We will see after that.

You modern day men should get a leather carry. I kid you not I won't go without one after being converted overseas and the size of my phone, wallet, keys, a pen, mints, etc., matters not since I don't have to carry any of it my pockets.

Fed employs recessionary policies, recession follows. What do you expect?

We can't have the serfs getting paid too much, or be able to pick and choose their employers. Makes them a bit uppity.

Jacobin's issue this month is about Inflation. It's fascinating. I highly recommend a subscription, whatever your political persuasion.

In a global economy no central bank has control over pricing within a set domain.

Reagan is when the Republicans started offering their voters the pure candy of tax cuts. Every serious economist knew this would lead to lethal inequality and plutocracy, but their voters were too dumb to realize what that meant and took it. Forty years later, the rich are at the top of a feudal state, exactly as the Republicans planned.

The single largest betrayal of this nation and its people, and all so that a couple thousand families could live like medieval lords.

Who knew the Dead Kennedys were prophets
Last call for alcohol
Last call for your freedom of speech
Drink up, happy hour is now enforced by law
Don't forget our house special
It's called a Trickie Dickie Screwdriver
It's got one part Jack Daniels
Two parts purple Kool-Aid and a jigger of formaldehyde
From the jar with Hitler's brain in it we got in the back storeroom
Happy trails to you
Happy trails to you
I am Emperor Ronald Regan
Born again with fascist cravings
Still, you make me president
Human rights will soon go 'way
I am now your Shah today
Now I command all of you
Now your gonna pray in school
And I'll make sure they're christian too

Are you ready for the Third World War?!?
You too will meet the secret police
They'll draft you and they'll jail your niece
You'll go quietly to boot camp
They'll shoot you dead, make you a man

Die on our brand new poison gas

I prefer Steppenwolf's "Monster"

Once the religious, the hunted and weary
Chasing the promise of freedom and hope
Came to this country to build a new vision
Far from the reaches of Kingdom and pope

Like good Christians some would burn the witches
Later some got slaves to gather riches

But still from near and far to seek America
They came by thousands, to court the wild
But she just patiently smiled and bore a child
To be their spirit and guiding light

And once the ties with the crown had been broken
Westward in saddle and wagon it went
And till the railroad linked ocean to ocean
Many the lives which had come to an end

While we bullied, stole and bought a homeland
We began the slaughter of the red man

But still from near and far to seek America
They came by thousands to court the wild
But she just patiently smiled and bore a child
To be their spirit and guiding light

The Blue and Grey they stomped it
They kicked it just like a dog
And when the war was over
They stuffed it just like a hog

And though the past has its share of injustice
Kind was the spirit in many a way
But its protectors and friends have been sleeping
Now it's a monster and will not obey

The spirit was freedom and justice
And its keepers seemed generous and kind
Its leaders were supposed to serve the country
But now they won't pay it no mind

Cause the people grew fat and got lazy
Now their vote is a meaningless joke
They babble about law and order
But it's all just an echo of what they've been told

Yeah, there's a monster on the loose
It's got our heads into the noose
And it just sits there watchin'

The cities have turned into jungles
And corruption is stranglin' the land
The police force is watching the people
And the people just can't understand

We don't know how to mind our own business
'Cause the whole world's got to be just like us
Now we are fighting a war over there
No matter who's the winner we can't pay the cost

'Cause there's a monster on the loose
It's got our heads into the noose
And it just sits there watchin'

America, where are you now
Don't you care about your sons and daughters
Don't you know we need you now
We can't fight alone against the monster

America, where are you now
Don't you care about your sons and daughters
Don't you know we need you now
We can't fight alone against the monster

America...America...America...America...
