I can't believe Hart's bases loaded long ball didn't get out of the park while the Phoenix Coyotes have hit 4 bombs. Obviously, there's some funny business going on with the roof and the scoreboard lights. :p

Clearly. I strongly suspect they are altering the lights when necessary to reflect off all the empty seats and adversely affect Milwaukee.

That said, someone please let Randy Wolf know he is indeed allowed to use the lower half of the strike zone. Ugh.

I'm looking forward to Friday. They'll get it done. I'm confident. It wouldn't bother me to see them move Hairston to 2nd and have Casey at 3rd. Weeks is just up there guessing. He's literally had one good AB all series.

I am pretty sure they are moving the outfield walls in when the DBacks bat. There must be a button they push or something. MLB needs to look into it!$@#!

They also need to look into that squirrel that Tony LaRussa threw on the field yesterday in St. Louis. :D

I'm already nervous for tomorrow.

I think I'd rather have Rickie in there with the chance of hitting a bomb rather than Casey who can hit into a double play without anyone on base it seems.

Suggestion to the Brewers: try to not give up a grand slam tomorrow. Also, other HR's are bad too.:)

so.... kind of a big game today. :)

Weeks is in. Greinke is available in the bullpen.

I was already nervous yesterday, so today is going to be brutal.

but no matter what happens today, this is still, as Corey Hart would say, the funnest baseball season I can remember.

jsonline reports the roof will be closed today (even though there's a high of 74 and you cannot get more perfect October baseball weather) because MLB wants it to be consistent with the first 4 games. Boooooooooo to them.

Makes sense. Consistent strike zone, consistent application of the rules, consistent poor decisions by the league. :D

That makes no sense whatsoever. What are they trying to say, that professional baseball players will crap themselves and not know what to do as soon as they take the field for a late afternoon outdoor game?

Edit: Didn't they do the opposite in Houston in '05 or so? Make them open it up because it was nice out?

I'm BBBBAAAAAAAAAAAAAACCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKKK!!! What a win tonight!!!! Hopefully the Cards win. I would much rather see them than Phillie in the NLCS....as shown already, homefield is HUGE for this team! Way to fight back! I am so freaking excited right now!!!!
