Is he a pest? Absolutely. He's the type of pest I'm glad is finally on our side and he seems to fit in well in both the community and clubhouse.

oh I agree completely. I really don't give a crap about all the crying and complaining other fans been doing about him. I like him on this team and I like him for this team. He's no slouch as a player and they are performing well with him in there. As far as I'm concerned...anything that they do that ****es off the cardinals, TLR, and redbird fans is fine by me. All of them can kiss my ***. I can't stand them. Everything they ever do is fine by the unwritten rules and everything the brewers have ever done seems to be wrong so f them. From what I saw on the video, Pujols deserved to be thrown out more than Nyjer...

Last night was disappointing. Bad Narveson was pitching, and by that I mean 4-5 great innings followed by a blowup. The Phils spanked us pretty good w/o Utley, Rollins, and Howard. Hopefully, the ship gets righted soon. :)

So I know we're not suppose to be worried about the brewers with this current skid and all but what happen to the spark? This team needs to get its head out of its *** before the playoffs start or its gonna be another first round knock out...probably by the phillies if they keep this up. What happen to the home invisibility?!?!

Sometimes they almost appear resigned to defeat against marquee pitchers. They eventually show life at the end, but too little too late. Hopefully, they're getting good experience on what not to do against these Phillies' aces as a Divisional matchup against them is seeming more and more likely.

I certainly hope its a Championship matchup but we shall see.

With 15 games left on the schedule the lead over St Louis is down to 6 games and they are now 1/2 game behind Arizona for home field. Here's what's left on the schedule:

Relax everyone. They'll get the division won although it won't be by September 15th like I was hoping a couple of weeks ago. The only worry is the seed. I don't really prescribe to the theory their best chance might be to get Philly in round 1 because they only have to beat them 3 times instead of 4. Get back on track for that #2 seed and although it isn't the smart money maybe Arizona will knock them off. The Brewers are 1/2 game up on AZ as we speak. I'll definitely consider the season a success if they can at least get to the NLCS. As long as they can play decent down the stretch they are one step from that.

EDIT - and thanks to St. Louis' new thorn the magic number is down to 9. Get hot and get this thing wrapped up by this time next week!

Brewers magic number is down to 9 with the Cardinals loss to the Pirates.
