Who is in net for the next two? I'd guess they each get one... But which one?

Given that Maguire has yet to play a home game when students weren't on break, that Maine is a weaker opponent, and Maguire's worst outing was against UNH I am willing to bet a couple rounds on O'Connor Thursday and Maguire Saturday.

Well, I guess I can stop writing my "Why is Cisse still on the top line?" post.

I won't speak ill will on him for leaving. Missing 2 whole seasons because of injuries plus time on the ice recovering, it is pretty clear he lost some vital development years. Hopefully, he can get it back together and become productive on the ice again. With BU putting him on the top line with no production, nobody can say they never gave him a chance.

Not a big loss production-wise, but it leaves BU very thin on forwards.

Cisse out

And so it begins

I really don't think so, he was sort of the odd man out in terms of where he fit in here. That plus he wasn't producing at all other than woeful penalties including that incredibly dumb interference on a faceoff with 4 seconds to go in the first. I known he had a history of complaining about playing time. My guess is parker told him he was being benched or moved down and he decided to quit.

IIRC, wasn't there an incident last year where he left the bench and even arena mid game after not getting a shift in the 1st period or something like that? That seemed kind of odd.

pretty sure if a player wearing maroon and gold did that he's gone, without question, but then again, he wouldn't have been there in the first place. I suspect that is what was the norm at some point at BU and maybe this type of thing is where you can say JP has lost it................I never chime in on this subject but when i read that and JP was ok with it i was floored.......just my two cents FWIW

I wonder what "cal" has to say on the issue. Seems to me Yasin's been pretty unhappy at BU for a while now. This kid clearly has had a rough go of it in the luck category and while Terriers fans will discard him like a glowstick that doesn't glow anymore (or the way a puckbunny gets discarded on an early Sunday morning by a BU hockey player), he should be given a stick salute for working hard to rehab from these injuries so Jack Parker could "humiliate" him.

One would hate to think that after a rough game on Saturday night and his ill-timed penalty, Parker might have done something else to "humiliate" him this week and it was the straw that broke the camel's back. Pure conjecture of course.

I hate seeing these guys leave. Months of stalking wasted. Pity.

wasn't it just Sept 2012 that Cam Darcy was enrolled at BC to play hockey but had to leave because he hadn't been cleared by NCAA
Nol always in control of things at all schools

Also Bradford Ma--Haverhill is the correct city-Bradford a part of it for those who don;t like saying they live in Haverhill
Like Waban a part of Newtoin

Cam Darcy? do your homework, your point would stronger if you had..............and it's Newton, btw. You seem so bitter that you have written a real sloppy and incoherent post. My post meant no malice as most people that post here know, just my take on Coach Parker letting the inmates run the asylum. I believe most if not all of the knowledgeable BU posters here, and there are many, had their collective stomachs fall to their feet when they heard or read that JP let this guy get away with that..........it's as i said, just my opinion.......AND, yes, I'm sorry but it's true, i live in the Bradford section of the city of Haverhill, it is my adopted hometown and i love it. I'm a native Melrosian and very proud of that as well (perhaps that is more acceptable to you as you seem to be one that disses middle class communities in favor of upper class ones, I certainly dont, I live in one). Have a good night:)

Actually I grew up in Haverhill and proud of it
My father was born and lived there for 101 years

No hockey in that period though

bu had(has) 13 fwds. it is certainly within the coaches purview to rotate guys which means one has to sit. guys better than cisse have been given the bench here in there [heck, even employee #6 was told to sit in the stands every now and then :p ]. everyone has choices. cisse doesn't want to sit, he can leave school. good luck.

hurts in that it leaves the team with 12 fwds now.

and mookie ain't no hypocrite. i mentioned it when it happened then, but mookie left the bench in high school during a basketball game because he wasn't playing and should have been (). now when you do that on a court it is noticed by everyone and peeps can see right away what's going on. afterwards back in school mookie had a sitdown with the coach (since mookie's locker was right outside the coach's classroom :o and things got talked over and worked out and mookie was back on the bench.

let us remember, these are amateur kids who are being groomed by coaches who choose to coach college kids. this isn't a paid player under contract in the nhl or even echl. i would bet anything that even jerry would talk to the kid before issuing a blanket dismissal there.

It was Frankie Vatrano, not Cam Darcy, with the likely reason being cheating on a college standardized test.
