i need to read more of these type comments because for me and my "sky is falling" personna:o it's good therapy, thanks JD;)

The only two players BC can't win without are Muse & Gibbons. One at a time, they can get by without the others.

Pinhead on EA said college hockey news is reporting he might be back for HE semis, which would be absolutely amazing.

Personally, I might throw Dumoulin in that group...

Two weeks to let it settle and find something for him to wear and give support. The quick(er) recovery could imply a simple break rather than pieces...which I'm glad to hear.

Don't sweat it. Y'all are destined to win. :D

Almost makes a slight parallel to out season when gilroy was railroaded up at Mack- separated shoulder. In the hospital. Who knows how long he's out----ends up playing the next night against the igles and scores the last goal.

No reason for Chris to play tonight, but if he had to I wouldn't be surprised...these are hockey players after all ;)

We won without him (and Patch & Wey) at the Ledyard Tourney. It was a struggle, but we did.
That's not to say I'd like to go into post season battle without him, or anyone else for that matter. Just sayin'. ;)

Any chance we can both Colgate and Mercyhurst in BC's regional? ;)

LOL. That would be nice.
But I agree with the pro... we're screwed without Gibbons or Muse. I don't want to lose anyone, but either of those guys would really sting.

If you are throwing Dumolin in there, I'm throwing Cross in there too. I know we can win without him in the regular season, but I don't think can win against the best of the best without him facing other teams top lines.

he's right there with wey and cam, oh, and jimmy hayes:cool:,...what i'm trying to say is, as we keep naming players it becomes apparent that there are quite a few good hockey players here:eek::D even if the worst happens with kreider? the banner with jerry on it and "trust" written on the side isnt waved by the students for nothing:)

Re: Boston College Hockey 2010-2011, Part II - We Still Have Jerry York. Sorry, Every

York said on the bceagles.com broadcast that Kreider broke his jaw in two places; surgery tomorrow or early next week. Out 4-6 weeks. "He'll be back healthy next year." .. if he's back at all.

Nice win, RS champs, now on to bigger and better things. Looks like UMass?

"All Jerry does is win win win no matter what...got trophies on his mind he can never get enough"

Great win, on to the next one.

If he said 4-6 weeks, then there is still a chance he gets back if we make it to the Frozen Four. I'll hold out hope.

Sorry for having Jerry York, are ya. ???

Hey, I heard he's got a 2nd career lined up. Diving coach.

can't be anywhere near as good as the kid who launched himself into the boards headfirst like he'd been shot tonight. thank god dumo only got 2 min, but that was an Oscar worthy performance

Honestly have no idea where this is coming from....have another beverage.

Anyway, check out some of the USCHO sidebars. Belichick addressed the team on Tuesday and York's quotes after tonight's game shows that the RS title means something to these guys.

A few weeks back I projected BC to play UMass in the 2/7 matchup. Got part of it right ;)

With 41 points, BC ties 2007-2008 UNH for most points in the 10 team HE era. Also, BC becomes first team in this era to win 20 league games.

Only thing that could have looked better on the HE scoreboard tonight would have been Maine beating UMass and giving BC Providence instead. Look at how UMass has played BU, Merrimack, BC and Maine recently. No wins, but I believe every game has been decided by one goal or tie.
