For lack of better terminology, is it safe to say NU shot their collective wad against BC? Things have gone downhill real fast...

because NU shot their collective wad against us:), as usual ..........i think the terminology fits J.D.;) . Also, has UML finally realized the season has started? if so, it's just in time

Does anyone know what former players were at the banner raising? Was it a good showing? Maybe a lot of those guys can come back for the BU weekend to see if Coach York can tie and surpass the wins record. Mainly, a lot of guys who are regular NHL players, who are out of work right now.

UML doesn't scare me at all. UNH and BU are the only teams who have a shot to take #1 over us, and BU is a serious stretch since they have so many freshmen. UNH could be legit, but they're UNH, so I have a hard time getting too worked up about them.

Be careful. Not so long ago UHN was the master at winning the RS title, but not so much beyond that. ;)

Well... I've got 7 tickets and they're all accounted for. :)
Probably will be a pretty good crowd as they sell a lot of discount seats in the student sections. There'll be a ton of young kids running around.

Sterlippo... I probably won't be in my regular seat. I bought 2 extra's in Row 2 of Section P. Depends on who else is with me. If it's my better half, I'll probably be down low with her. Do I dare not sit in my regular seat? :eek:

I always sit in Section P, couple rows back of 2. Its weird occassionally sitting anywhere else after 10 years or so in the same spot. I wouldn't recommend moving! haha

no, if we always win when you are in your seats you have to sit there, it's just like your undefeated jacket :). I am pizzed i cant go:mad:. Weekend away up north is usually fun but i really want to go to this game. The other half and friends we go with tell me i say that about every game:cool:

Inyorkwetrust , the game after t'giving is always a great crowd. In my 6 years, the Harvard game a few years ago had the most people Ive ever seen in Conte, even the lower bowl:rolleyes: was packed. I expect 7000+

My season tix are in P, row 15. When you walk up the steps and reach the concourse level, look up about 5 rows. I'm in the aisle seat. Stop by and say hello. I'll introduce you to the criminal sterlippo sometime.

Hat, joe... it's the HAT that's undefeated. :p
Started wearing my late 90's gold hat after the NU loss. I hope it stays undefeated through April. ;)
I have a nice new maroon/gold stocking cap knitted by a customer waiting in the wings in case of any mishaps.

A friend requested 4 tix for a BC game this season for a business acquaintance. Since I usually have some trouble getting folks to go on the holiday weekend, I gave him the Dartmouth game. I never give up my seat though. You're right... I'm sitting in my seat.

Where have you been? ;) It was actually a disappointing turnout in regard to players from last year. Believe it was only Atkinson and Venti. Was cool seeing Gerbe in the house as well.

Haha excellent. Just above the glass and BC shoots twice on our side. Doesn't get much better than that!

Fivehole, ill swing by on Saturday as long as I can get out of the office early enough. 4pm starts are pretty stupid IMO but I'll probably work it out.

I've been on the boards. Haha. I saw the press conference from the banner-raising game on youtube, with Coach York and Gaudreau. Gaudreau said it was cool seeing Gionta, Orpik and Gerbe there. I was wondering what other members of the 2001 team were in attendance.

I would love to see a lot of the full time NHL guys at the home-and-home with BU, in case Coach York breaks the record.

Did you see the part where York said that he had to correct Johnny before the game and tell him that he in fact did not play on the 1949 championship team? LOL
