Let's go RED!
Good on you all for trying, but given events in Providence, I doubt you'll find a receptive audience.
Yeah, Kinger's Krew sure did pop the tyre tonight.

If one is the AD at a Power Four (or whatever they are called these days) program, I wonder how many minutes a month they spend thinking about women's sports, let alone ice hockey. Sady, it likely isn't many. They probably show up for photo opps like trophy presentations, and the rest of the time, they'd rather not be bothered. If the coach has a contract coming up for renewal, then they might pause for a minute to consider whether the coach will need to be fired during the next contract and if they could save some $$ by dumping the coach now.Is Blake James even watching this ?
OK- fair. "National embarrassment" is a little much but the total collapse of the BC women's ice hockey program is the talk of college hockey. It is hard to believe that we could fall this far this fast. And unfortunately no end in site. I am so mad about this. Should never have happened. This is Boston College folks. We lost to Holy Cross 2X and Merrimack."National embarrassment and laughingstock of women's hockey" is a bit much, we've been above .500 every season but one (2009-10, when we lost 3 players to the Olympics) in the last 20 years. Even if "above .500" is not what we're aiming for, calling us a national embarrassment and laughingstock is really unnecessary and is the sort of thing that takes away from your argument.
But yeah, I'm sad and I'm disappointed. Maybe half the team is sick; it's happened before. This weekend was so out of character. But, this is also starting to look like the same disappointing limp to the finish line that we saw last year and it hurts![]()
Yup. I cant be on here bashing kinger all the time gotta give credit where credit is due and that was one hell of an effort on Northeastern senior night. Need to get it done next weekend. 5th place would be a disasterOut in the desert so didn't get to watch Game 1 but watched today. HUGE win and super late-game closeout, we really earned that one. That was massive to keep control of our own destiny for the 3 seed, which is a big deal given the difference between playing 5th (PC or NU) or 6th (someone way worse).
Pellerin is so good. She is so talented but she skates so hard too.
Great win, that.
I watched. The fact that we need to celebrate a 3rd place finish in such a weak conference kind of speaks for itself but when you're looking at a possible 5th place finish a week ago I guess its good news. Correct me if I'm wrong but this has to BCs highest finish in Hockey East in quite a while - don't get me going pleaseHoly crap well that's one way to clinch a 3 seed alol... We played great (despite missing 5 separate shots at the empty net lol) and Providence's absolute meltdown in the 3rd period means that tomorrow's game is dead rubber. Callaway should start and the bottom lines should get 55 of the 60 minutes of the game.
NICE WORK EAGLES LET'S GO.
See you all up at Conte next week.
