That would go against Heller and the 2nd Amendment. If they do that then we will need an Amendment change like someone said to me the other day. There is nothing in Heller that prevents Assault Weapon bans, or restrictions to gun ownership.

As soon as enough people realize this, maybe we'll do something about it. Gun violence in this country has escalated over the last couple of decades by design. Mass shootings are absolutely what the fascists want, and they have ensured the conditions that make them common. My guess is the fascists react to them the same way I react to watching my favorite baseball team pull out a come from behind win in the bottom of the 9th.

Open carry is legal in New Mexico without a license for anyone at least 19 years of age who can legally possess a firearm. Some areas are off-limits, including tribal land and places that sell hard liquor.

A New Mexico Concealed Handgun License (CHL) is required for residents and a permit from a state that New Mexico honors is required for non-residents to carry a concealed loaded firearm on foot.

You can't just wave guns around, though. Like, could you imagine if a mayor or congressperson sent out a Christmas card with their entire family holding guns, and then, like, a mass shooting happened right down the street? Why, they'd get raked over the coals and never allowed to show their face again! Right? Right?!

Dylan Mulvaney should partner with the manufacturer of AR-15s. We can put all the pride flags and pronouns on them!

Gun humpers will surrender their toys en masse.
