Go DU! Prediction:

3-3 tie tonight, 6-3 win tomorrow.

Looking forward to seeing if we can build on a successful weekend vs. an apparently resurgent MTU team.

This was another GREAT win for the DU Pioneers. If I recall correctly, it's been awhile since we have started a hockey season undefeated after playing some quality opponents. After a few years of expecting high scoring from some top ranked (and highly drafted) players, here we are with a team who is bigger physically than I can remember, has incredible skill on the blue line and in net. And we can score. Seems like a pretty good mix to me so far. I'm getting pretty excited to see this team play week in and week out. Go Pios!

I wonder when the last time was that DU scored 5 in three straight games. I hope the guys play like this again tomorrow night!

Wow; LaLeggia is looking rrreeallly good; Tabrum too. I just love seeing the sophomores stepping up thier game.. Gwozdecky said post-game that Adam Murray will start tomorrow; and not Juho as previously believed

Mayfield was eerily quiet last night; not even one penalty :confused: I expect him to be a major contributor in the mix tonight as Denver goes for the sweep. On a side note - no disrespect meant but MTU's jerseys look cheap; like one of the player's moms bought iron on lettering at WalMart and made them for the team. The embroidered husky crest looks much better in my opinion.... LOVE the Upper Peninsula on the shoulder though - America's next state!!

You guys are the best, nobody can keep up with you, hell, you don't even need to dress all your guys.

Sweep MTU tonight and then don't even worry about who you're playing next week, they won't be a challenge. St. Cloud? Didn't they get spanked by Mankato? Hell, I'd give Hope a look in net against the Huskies....

I just got a report from the alumni game that Mark Rycroft won the lemon in the orange/lemon competition. Should be a fun webcast tonight.
