30 day countdown to the official start - you favorite jersey #

Re: 30 day countdown to the official start - you favorite jersey #

Snell yes !! Good one. If we used Joey Ferras as #23, there's your winner ! But I think he only used that # for his freshman year before switching to #77. Snell was legit, big-time player.
Ferras also a top player I remember chasing him around a lot.......Snell nice guy as well

Paging Dalton - it's time for the Double Deuce!!

Your favorite #22 is......

Derrick Shaw is my favorite Plattsburgh player, yes I feel I am allowed to have one. He was a good player and played with a lot of energy which I like.

My favorite number 22 for the Laker's is Peter Magagna. Peter was the guy that mucked it up in the dirty areas which allowed Brendan McLaughlin and Ryan Ellis to work their magic. He scored 107 points in 105 games and he also had a bit of a nasty streak. His goal in the 07 NC game against Middlebury was a thing of beauty and his celebration was pretty neat as well. He is also a former Wellington Duke which gives him even more points with me.

#22- Mitch Kriz- (D)- Marian University - a solid and physical Dman with some offensive punch.

Blackjack!!! Your favorite 21's. And you can double down if you want.

Peter was one of my roommates in college, a real nice guy.

My number 21 is Brendan McLaughlin. He scored 150 points in 107 career games including his monster 06-07 season where he scored 24 goals and 55 points. Opposing coaches respected his ability and opposing fans hated him which makes him my kinda player.

Kyle Kudroch had 4 GW's his senior year, and Mike Daoust wore it in his early years, but IMO, the winner is Jerry Dineen (who is now Video Coach with the NY Rangers)

Adrian Bulldogs # 20 Shawn Skelly.
Career GP 113 - G 102- A 127 - Total 229
A pure scoring machine.
He holds Team + Conference ~ records that will likely never be broken.

Sorry I'm late, but I tend to agree with a majority of Oswego users.
Here's my beliefs
#29) Ryan Koresky, hard-working defenseman with a lot of heart, and Steve Mallaro, who was a good power-play QB and had a good shot.
#28) Jesse McConney, who really turned it on his last two years at Oswego, heart and soul of the defense, and Matt Whitehead, the precursor to Muisey, with plenty of speed, skill, and toughness.
#27) Chris Brown, a real sparkplug offensively, and Francois Gagnon, a good power-play quarterback on defense.
#26) Chris Muise, an animal in 2013 and a star in all his years. Also Mark Lozzi, a gritty forward/d-man who had an awesome '09
#25) Matt Singleton, a strong defensive forward with a nose for the net, and Mike Novak, a long, lean d-man.
#24) Ryan Ellis wore 24 the first two years at Oswego, and 24 went full time to Joe Hall after '07. Either way, they were both snipers. But now Chris Carr wears #24 well and should have a big season in '14.
#23) Tyler Lyon, a good d-man, with solid offense to back up his strong D. Now, Kyle Badham wears that number and he is a rugged, fun-to-watch forward.
#22) Peter Magagna, the Oswego power forward on the title team, and Taylor Farris, a tough-as-nails D-man
#21) Brendan McLaughlin, all-star player year in and year out. Tyler Leimbrock also was a good #21, and established himself as a good forward.
#20) Eric Selleck, the first Laker to ever play in the NHL. Power forward, nough said. Also Tim Carr, who was a stay-at-home D-man with speed and skill.

Playing catchup here too......

25 - Colin Mulvey, fast and scorer, but Mario Chenelli helped make his line one of the top ever here. Shane Combres, quick, hardnosed.
24 - Raphael Robitaille, very skilled, scorer, part of that french line. Dominic Dawes, scored on of most remembered goals here.
23 – Casey Beaulac, small, grinder for most part, but scored two, including the OT winner in the 2000 Semi. Phil Aucoin, great puck handler, skater,
22 - Igor Martinez, always steady, always there. Tim Krykostas, transfered in and helped get team over the hump.
21 - Marc Bellemare, SCORER, physical, knack for the open shot.
20 - Keith Maurice, One of the better defensemen here. Mike Serba, remembered for much more than his hockey.

Erick Selleck, I liked everything about his game in the two years he played.
