he actually checks every box you want. Except the state thing. I'd also been thinking about that and he might be able to get the checkbox next to delivering a state because he would 100% lock MN and probably hold Wisconsin too. So even if it's not an offensive move, it's a good defensive move in two states.

Im still not convinced it's going to be him, but I'm becoming less convinced that he doesn't have a compelling case.

I also found out Shapiro has some serious baggage around Israel/Gaza and with the teachers' unions. That could be a dealbreaker.

Yeah I think it will be Kelly because too many people in Michigan will scream if it’s Shapiro

Kelly has labor issues from what I understand. They're not super big on him.

(they all have issues)

But with Shapiro looking like a guy who might be a net zero state candidate, it's less likely to be him. But we really need PA.

Edit: unless we flip NC or GA, there's literally no path to win without PA

I said the other day Shapiro has issues with Gaza. He is not the frontrunner I would bet money.

The other issue Shapiro has is he is popular in the areas that are already Biden Harris strongholds. Western Pennsylvania is not big on him.

GA is in play...I didn't think so two weeks ago but now I think Atlanta and Savannah come out in droves.

Could be. So it's either GA or PA. Gotta win one. Who plays best there?

My completely ignorant odds on veep:

30% Shapiro
30% Kelly
20% Bashear
20% the field

I'd pick Shapiro. I've seen him in debates, he would leave a smoking crater of Vance, and he's great on policy.
