I get his point...but that ticket would force out the Progressives and basically cement the DNC as a full on Centrist Party. It would kill all Left politics for at least 20 years. I am all for pragmatic decisions but that one is idiotic. Even if a unity ticket was possible (it isn't in the real world) you cannot pair Biden with someone who supports an Abortion Ban and parrots his ideas on Israel/Gaza. You would basically tell all women and Muslims they don't count, not to mention the Jews who support a ceasefire.

This is why clowns like Maher never amount to much. He is basically parroting the CNN wet dream because they pay him to do so. He has no ability to show any means of strategy...he is just a guy yelling into the void willing to sell everyone out to make sure he gets his bottom line met. He also dislikes most of the Muslim World and supports Israel stronger than most Jews do. He is just a Boomer clinging to any hope of relevancy.
 
Speaking of bad decisions...Kari Lake (the VP of Bad Decisions behind Trump) was told to get bent and is about to get prison raped by the AZ SC without lube in the defamation suit against her. I am sure that will be very helpful in her race against Gallego...she and Rudy can maybe go work for MyPillow :^D

We're still paying for a similar mistake the republican party made in 1864 by picking a democrat as a running mate for Lincoln and kind of re-branding the republicans as the National Union party. Thank God this is only a wet dream fantasy of people like Bill Maher, who has long outlived any usefulness he used to have as some sort of pundit.

It is better for his ratings...and when another Pandemic hits he won't have to worry about missing any shows because there won't be any mandates. My last straw with him was when he started lamenting how Blue Cities wouldn't let him sell out shows because of the 6 ft mandate with masks. Poor rich guy...
 
Chump likely just gave Mike Rogers the kiss of death in the race for Stabenow's Senate seat. However, factoring in that he probably needs Dear Leader's blessing to have any shot at all, he's damned either way.

Liberal n. /ˈlib(ə)rəl/ A person who splits their time evenly between re-watching Hamilton and calling anyone who criticizes Joe Biden a Russian troll, or a Chinese spy.

Quelle surprise - monied, educated whites talk out of both sides of their mouths. Bring up the fight for race and gender equality and they're right there with you, joining your march. Mention equity and start talking about economic disparity affecting minority outcomes, or suggest building affordable housing in your town, and suddenly the well-heeled white liberal has a tummyache and can't join you that day.

I knew the video would have an agenda beyond just pseudo-intellectual commentary on the left's frustrations with the milquetoast white liberal. You aren't milking 20 minutes out of the subject otherwise. And lo and behold, halfway through the video turns into a "Biden bad! Free Palestine!" piece that never mentions one iota of Hamas' culpability, and ends with the tired, hyperbolic conclusion that all conservatives and liberals are the same, and thus not worthy of dialoguing with the left. To me, it ends up being just another example of how leftists and fascists can only pigeonhole the world into black or white, and deny that there is any gray. "If you aren't with me, you're my enemy" is the motto of every fringe movement in history.

Hur is given a chance to correct the record on the claim he made about President Biden’s memory of the date of his son’s death. Hur claims that it’s not correct that Biden remembered the date and has to be reminded that Biden did remember from the transcript

New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers is on Robert F. Kennedy's short list to be his running mate on an independent presidential ticket in November, the New York Times reported Tuesday.

Kennedy confirmed to the newspaper that Rodgers and former Minnesota governor and professional wrestler Jesse Ventura are under consideration. Rodgers has been talking with Kennedy "pretty continuously" for the past month, according to Kennedy. It's unclear if either of them has been formally offered the position, though the Times said both have "welcomed the overtures."
