Girard was the difference. Can't wait to see him graduate. He might be the following Hebert as a D-3 goalie who has the skills to make it in the NHL.

Well well well. Here we are again. One and done for perennial national power Utica, owner of one win all-time in the NCAA Tournament.

I have brought up the obvious weakness of the UCHC and was mocked. I also pointed out the folly of deep discussion of hosting the finals at the Aud. Mocked again. Keep pointing out the danger of a fan base with delusions as to its place in the D3 hierarchy before it has actually ever accomplished anything. Mocked. Ridiculed. Flamed. Perhaps Utica fans need to reconsider what it is they're actually cheering for.

I've also heard that Utica will be changing its logo from the demented moose to a cart put before a horse. Or a cart before a moose. Either one. Looking forward to seeing the new designs.

I wouldn't read too much into it. In Fishman's mind D3 hockey starts and stops with Utica. Nothing else counts.

I had the Utica game on my I Pad and The Adrian game on my I Phone. When Utica went into OT while they clean the ice I was listening to the Adrian game. Twice The Adrian announcers stated Utica won their game in OT. I looked at the game on my I Pad and the OT had not started I was surprised because OT had not started. Apparently the boys in Adrian received the wrong information.

I’m actually dying that people thought Hobart could host. Perhaps get a real collegiate level hockey rink? They shouldn’t even be able to play regular season games in that barn.

Thank you for your opinion, but I don't think you heard any of the Hobart fans seriously suggest the Cooler is deserving of a Frozen Four. This year's team has generated serious interest by some of the more generous donors to transform the Cooler. Coach Taylor and the team certainly deserve it having set the record for the longest consecutive streak for appearances in the NCAA D3 Hockey Tournament. Until then, the Cooler is the Cooler and the games still count.

This year's team has generated serious interest by some of the more generous donors to transform the Cooler. Hobart is a top class program and Coach Taylor is one of the best. Get a rink that remotely matches up. Past Hobart players have even said it’s embarrassing. What I am saying is not out of the norm. We call it the Cooler…

Just looked it up. Hobart has qualified for 8 consecutive NCAA tournaments. That is indeed impressive. Middlebury qualified for 13 straight.

Norwich had to have had a streak of around 8 before I would imagine. St. Norbert I would think too.

Plattsburgh had a few streaks of 4,5 or 6 and then miss 1 or 2 and back at it. 25 NCAA Tournament appearances overall. 16 Final Four appearances.
