I would have to agree with you. (Oh, and the birdie will be en route at 7am CET, or 1am ET, tomorrow.)
Thanks. And safe travels to the lil' red birdie!!! May the force be with you!

yes someone is interested in the shed, but the Mrs. who owes it is not being to cooperativeI've heard someone finally bought the shed and is planning on re-opening it. May have already even opened again. Jabber would be the one to ask about it.
WOW and thats coming frm a GB guy.......
I know! ... but I have to say from one who travels from GB to Syracuse and once in a while Oswego, you guys certainly are the varsity players when it comes to snow fall. By the way, I believe that we may have one week to celebrate Summer this year the way it has been in the last two weeks.
As far as areas go, the top two in the country are usually the Tug Hill Plateau in NY and Michigan's northern peninsula.
Are you excluding mountain areas in the (actual)West, like Truckee, CA and Frazier, CO?

Frazier actually doesn't get that much, but still more than Oswego or the U.P.
The Summit Co. ski areas that Frazier sits at the bottom of generally have some of the lowest snow totals in the state. Check out Silverton and Wolf Creek for more Utah-esque numbers...
Frazier can be very cold, and calls itself "the ice box of America". I used to own property there.
Wolf Creek Pass has ridiculous numbers.
Yeah, it can be pretty cold there. Really high elevation. I'd even say their cold temps contribute to keeping the snow totals down, as opposed to more temperate areas like Tahoe or Washington (or here, to a lesser degree).
