2009 MN Twins Part 4: I Was Told There Would Be No Math

Re: 2009 MN Twins Part 4: I Was Told There Would Be No Math

Another piece of stupidity on the base paths. Un-freaking-real.

Re: 2009 MN Twins Part 4: I Was Told There Would Be No Math

Remember, the Twins play the game the right way - idiotically and prone to mental retardation in key situations.

This is why everyone has gone to long ball baseball. You can't make mistakes when you hit it over the fence.

Speechless... I think we might have seen the last biggest mistake of the Metrodome. Is there an anti-list for those Dome moments? I think we may have found #1 with a bullet :(

how did the twins win 80 some games this year?!?!

"Cabrera not happy about that."

I wonder what Cabrera said to evoke that comment from Mr. Announcer Guy. :D

Well, you can. Tony O was my favorite player, but he passed up the runner ahead of him one time after hitting it out. And Bob Allison missed touching a base another time and was called out. I'm sure there are players on this year's team who could find something to mess up.

Punto could have scored on that fly ball. So, there went the tie.

EDIT: Mauer vs. Rivera.

Another 0-2 at bat to ARod that doesn't get him out.

A walk of A-rod is better than the recent alternative...

It doesn't matter, Gardy is officially throwing in the towel: Mijares is coming into the game
