Dump Term 2, Part 2: "A third term would be a big shattering."

No, he should make his own party with the other cast offs. Give the former GOP voters something they can vote for, instead of pushing the Democratic party further right.

That isn't going to happen.

He's not pushing us anywhere. Give us more credit than that; we have agency. Democrats can be Marxists in Manhattan, Liberals in Las Cruces, and Birch Bayh Blue Dogs in Baton Rouge.

If we pick up a seat we would not have gotten otherwise, good.
More importantly, if we pick up campaign workers and donors we would not have gotten otherwise, good.
Most importantly, if we pick up voters would not have gotten otherwise, good.

In a tribalist world, the key is to break the derps' unconscious psychic equivalence of REPUBLICAN/GOD ANNOINTED and DEMOCRAT/DEMONIC. Their apostates help.

Of course they aren't going to go out into the wilderness like that. It would help against Trump by splitting off the GOP vote. Just being against Trump is not enough. Yes, the big tent sounds wonderful until you get down to what actually needs to be done. Then you end up with enough of your coalition pissed off because the party never serves you. Or worse, the voter things there is no difference between the two. They sit out an election because to win their vote you need to stand for something, and the orange jackbag stands for something. That is the problem. And honestly I find it funny that you are willing to drop your liberal values to pick up some losers who lost their party. The reason every elected Democrat looks like a mealy-mouthed idiot is because they are trying to please too many. You fight fascism by giving an alternative, not by default. So yes, the former republicans can go form their own party and start pushing the narrative to a more normal form of conservatism.

He could be on every page of the documents or won't matter. The GOP controls everything.
When hrc testifies (🙄) she needs to say the Donald confided to her that he went to the island and was ascared that it would come out well before he ran for office.
One-on-one conversation can’t be verified when the Donald throws a nutty….can’t sue cause no proof it didn’t happen.
High comedy for all 😝🤪😝🤪

This doesn't have to follow from a big tent. You can have Leftists who fight hard for Leftism, Liberals who fight hard for Liberalism, and Centrists who fight hard for Centrism. They each speak to their constituencies. The only rule is Reagan's 11th Commandment: thou shalt not speak ill of a fellow party member.

Let the contradictions exist and don't try to square the circle. If some dogged "reporter" or pundit harps on them turn it around to how the fasc contradictions are worse because they aren't polyglot, they're doctrinaire.

Have some self discipline and don't go for the easy hit. Centrists and Liberals stop laughing away Leftists as Utopian. Leftists don't pillory Centrists and Liberals as Running Dogs of Capitalism. Everybody always return fire outside the tent, training it on the fasc.

It's a coalition, not an averaging. Within the tent, after you win, you fight the battles away from prying eyes. That's how the Theocons, Plutes, and Landian Accelerationists manage it.

It appears the GOP removed Article 1 Section 9 of the US Constitution from the US Congress’s Annotated Constitution site. The section that says habeas corpus rights cannot be suspended. They just cut it out. (https://x.com/TimHannan/status/1953073603165008259)

Just like the amendment to the constitution abolishing slavery was conveniently left out of the constitution printed inside the Trump Bible.

They're just cancelling everything that doesn't fit their anti-democracy and anti-science agenda. If they disappear the words, it's no longer real.
