Pentagon says many Russian troops are punching holes in their vehicles' gas tanks in order to avoid combat.
I Assume the number is inflated.

Nothing is encrypted if you’ve got someone on the inside…One would think this would be highly, highly encrypted.
I could easily see Russia attacking a NATO country and the powers that be reacting the same way as they have with Ukraine.

Long time lurker, first time poster, life-long Badger fan.
Yeah, I wouldn't believe a thing coming out of either the Ukrainian or Russian governments, or propaganda machines right now. The amount of fake/doctored pictures of destroyed Russian armament is hilarious, actually.
Unfortunately the longer this drags out the more likely the Ukrainians are gonna get thoroughly wrecked. From all indications Russia still has a signification portion of committed troops/resources yet to even enter Ukraine.
Good synopsis of the day:

That said, for how long will the Russian populace stand for this ridiculous? And, more importantly, there HAS to be divisions being currenty formed within the siloviki.
Putin is ensuring the country will soon resemble the hellhole 1990s era; a time many Russians are still traumatized by.
Pootie is losing support by the minute on the homefront.
Let's hope *something* internally occurs in Russia.
I’m really starting to doubt some of these stories. Remember a few nights ago they shot down a couple Russian cargo planes? Where are the pics of those?
For all the good stories that have come out Ukraine is in serious trouble. What is the red line for the west? Poland? Germany? France? I could easily see Russia attacking a NATO country and the powers that be reacting the same way as they have with Ukraine.
I know it makes me an *******, but I have to giggle at the idea that Millenial Russians will get a taste of what things were like towards the end of the Cold War in real life as a result of many of these sanctions...
Yeah, but at some point, these sanctions become lethal. And not in a good way. I'm not saying stop, but we need to be very careful how big we build this fire and make sure we can extinguish it fast and effectively.

Most of the Europeans will probably leap at the chance to end sanctions/help if Putin is out
