What's the procedure with this? Officials stop game ----> get in touch with Game Management -----> Game Management make an announcement over the PA saying "Don't say 'PUTO'" -----> Game resumes

Rinse/repeat as needed.
Kind of.

They can supposedly cause the match to be suspended until the next day. There are other steps but I doubt we’ll ever see them as long as Mexican fans continue to buy tickets in droves.

Knowing that there should be 25k empty seats you would think people would be very tempted to storm the gates.

Whatever happens i am so, so, so, so, so proud of Gateth and the lads. They represent the best of us.
They have stormed the gates. There’s some ugly video out there but honestly, looked like the hooliganism I saw every Friday and Saturday in England all year round.

I expect tons of terrible behavior and hopefully it doesn’t distract from the actual game

US beats Haiti 1-0. I'd say they escaped more than anything. Haiti seemed to control much of the second half.

But, three points is three points. Next game against Martinique. Canada beat them 4-1 today.

Haiti is a good team that had been playing World Cup Qualifying and Gold Cup Qualifying games the last two months (seventh game since June 5th).

The US put out a B team playing together for the first time and they still won.

I expected it to be a competitive match. I didn’t expect to be back against the wall for the last 20 or so. Minus the one rocket that Haiti’s keeper got his hands on.

But, like I said. Three points is three points and they’ve got some time to mesh.

Yup. The racist attacks on the three England players got So bad, FA and Boris and aresenal among others have had to make statements.

Have clubs ever been sanctioned for racism against their own team?

I’d imagine England will come away with some type of UEFA sanctions since the last two games were filled with issues.

I would say the US better not put a B team out for any qualifier until we actually qualify.

IINM this happened to Rightwing Nutjob Ultras in Series A. Lazio maybe? AC Milan?

There's an Israeli team whose fans told the club if they ever signed an Arab player they'd kill him on the pitch, and they have songs about the dude who murdered Rabin. Cuz, ya know, religion of peace.

We have our first VAR review in the Gold Cup as Guadeloupe has player sent off for punching a Costa Rican player in the chest.
