At least there wasn't any controversy.

Ghana deserved it more than we did. End of story.

Really thought the 2006 loss would give us extra motivation to do it but just not meant to be.

why am i not surprised that in the post game interview bob bradley didn't have the stones to say that this loss was on him for his **** poor tactical decisions?

Almost time for the MLB All-Star Game isn't it? And then NFL training camp. And WSOP happens pretty soon...

It's easy to blame the coach, but the US was drastically harmed by having to waste 2 subs to bring off guys who really probably shouldn't have been on the pitch to begin with.

I want Uruguay to DESTROY Ghana. The time wasting and falling and diving killed the fans the US had won over.

Eh, you can't expect him to throw Clark and Findlay under the bus...it was a non-answer answer.

Exactly.

I'm ok with taking out Jozy too, but Gomez had absolutely no idea how to play as a lone striker.

The lineup decisions today were awful.

Yeah, like I said, easy to call it in hindsight, but Buddle is probably better than Herc is in that role.

Because the way the question was worded basically would've required him to say Findlay and Clark sucked -- which they did, but he can't say that.

The US would have done the same thing.

Until FIFA steps in and cracks down on it, everyone is going to keep doing it.

We'd slow down play, yes.

We wouldn't have a guy lie on the grass dead without even being touched.

I don't think one U.S. guy got stretchered off this W.C. (of course, we were always tied or coming from behind, but still...)
