I cannot imagine how much this hurt. I was putting up groceries on a very hot day in my (not air conditioned) apartment and a can of rolls exploded. The lid tore the hinge off the cabinet directly above it and some of the goo spackled the ceiling so hard it was impossible to scrape off. (It was the kind of place you just leave it there and after a while it fits in with the whole ambience. Don't live in South Portland.)
