No offense to your daughter, because I truly hope she is successful. But I'm not going to Glens Falls...

It was great. Mostly Macau, but a day in Hong Kong. I mainly went to attend the Macau Grand Prix.

Take it a little off course whenever you like.

We had a daughter going deep in the NYS field hockey States just a few years ago, and there's nothing better than having a dog in the hunt.

She hasn't played in a couple of years, but we all still talk about that playoff run when we get together. It's the kind of thing that you never forget.

Considering SNC has three more national championships than Utica has NCAA Tournament game wins I wouldn't hold your breath too long waiting for that to happen.

About what I figured. Start throwing out the ad hom. I do have to give Utica some credit for splitting a series with Adrian I guess, considering the Bulldogs needed overtime to beat Lawrence today. That's Lawrence, not St. Lawrence.

Way too close a call on Saturday. Chatham isn't nearly as bad as its record would indicate- they have some talent up front- but that game was a bit unsettling, looking forward.

I didn't mind seeing Landsberger getting the start. He played fairly well, but some late defensive lapses might have revealed chinks in the armor.

If Ethan is physically 100%, I'd play him every single game from now on.

UU can't take bad teams lightly, and it certainly needs to make hay vs. Genny. There are very few other opportunities for getting any other quality wins down the road.

(That, and we have to hope that Adrian rights the ship.)
 
Just a shout out to the Women's team. They have a huge tournament this weekend in Tampa. On Friday, #5 Adrian faces #12 Trinity followed by #8 Utica v. #13 Norwich. (Now that's a tournament!)
On Saturday afternoon the winners play for the championship after the losers play for 3rd place.

Great opportunity to make hay, but I'm not holding my breath. The Saturday loss to Naz was a reality check.

Still, even one win down there will be a PW boost. Let's see what happens.

After 1 it is Oswego 0 - Stevenson 1 for the Men's tournament in Utica
and
Utica 1 - Norwich 1 after 1 for the Women in Tampa
