I never got to see Rammstein so one of you Minneapolitans have to beg borrow or steal into your 8/28 show so I can live vicariously through you.

Ooh ooh Mista Kottah!! I am here on that date and will need to look into it. I already have tickets to see Duran Duran and separately Bauhaus.

Last night at the request of my 82 year-old father he, my brother, my two sons and I sat down to watch PBS air a 1985 concert by Prince (never before aired) from New York. Prince in his prime and it was awesome for many reasons.

I didn't realize Rammstein had a Philly date on 8/31 so now I have a full court press on Dr. Mrs. and I believe she is weakening.

When I worked in the airline industry I knew a guy there who loved Rammstein.

He also like to rifle through abandoned luggage and look for women's panties to handle, so there's that too....

Paula Cole and Sophie B Hawkins will be in Grand Rapids on September 16.

As a child of the 1990s, a queer, and a feminist, I would love to go.

I'm also thinking it would a great 41st birthday gift to myself, seeing as my birthday is September 20.

The date of my granddaughter's birth. She'll be 11.

I never got into the Dead and never had the opportunity to see The Allman Brothers. As such, I didn't get into the jam band scene very much. I fixed that problem last week with a vengeance.

Started off the week seeing Pigeons Playing Ping Pong. This was followed by Umphrey's McGee and then The Disco Biscuits. I think I preferred the Pigeons overall but was blown away by the serious musicianship in all three bands.

Rise Against played the Alaska State Fair (I didn’t know they were playing until well after I could afford tickets) and, predictably, they have PO’d some of the snowflake righties.

These guys' version is great but my god the guitarist on the left in both singing and playing is incredible.

And I am in love with this woman. She's flat in the chorus but hang with, she snaps to grid.
