Went into the 1990s Country hole on Spotify. Pre 9/11 bro-country.

"I Like It, I Love It"- Tim McGraw
"Fancy"- Reba McEntire
"Man! I Feel Like A Woman"- Shania Twain
"Neon Moon"- Brooks & Dunn
"Down At The Twist And Shout"- Mary Chapin Carpenter

It's important to note that bro-country very much existed pre-9/11. It doesn't get much more brotastic than "Friends in Low Places", "Fishin in the Dark", and "You Ain't Much Fun". 9/11 merely intensified the jingoism and xenophobia, and made the genre a lot less "throwaway fun" and more "ugh, gross."

TIL Christopher Plummer hated what he called "The Sound of Mucus" and thought it was a "dead carcass" role dependent on cheap sentimentality.

Paging Slap Shot:

Spotify has an Ultimate Covers playlist with quite a few gems, including Smells Like Teen Spirit by Tori Amos and a folk rendition of Hey Ya by Obadiah Parker.

Currentism. The greatest album of all time is Kind of Blue, by Miles Davis. I doubt any album in their top ten is in the actual top 100.
