Saw Mudhoney live for the second time on Sunday night. There's an extra fine point on "Fearless Doctor Killers" and "Please Mr. Gunman" as of late, and Mark knows it. The opening act, Hooveriii (Hoover 3) was also quite good. The venue this time was bougier and the crowd less into things, but the tiered standing room was nice, as was the lack of thrown beers and moshing (yeah I'm getting old).
 
Listened to a Conan podcast episode with Dave Grohl, Krist Noveselic and producer Steve Albini talking about the making of In Utero at Pachyderm Records in Cannon Falls. Some very cool stories I had never heard before.

I 'found" the Guvs back in 15 right as they stopped touring. They have finally resumed touring on a very limited basis. Finally got to see them this spring in Knoxville. They are a fantastic live band. See them if you can.

BTW, thank you for your earlier Sheepdogs rec. Picked up a couple of their albums based on your prior post. Well worth it. Let me attempt to return the favor with The Gasoline Gypsies
