Team USA has got better goaltending in this game, made fewer mistakes, and done an incredible job blocking shots ... and Canada still manages to come back?! I've seen improbable stuff like year after year at the World Juniors and it never gets tired.

I don't think the USA was mentally affected by it. They just got outplayed, Canada came out hungry on that PP.

i am sick and ****ing tired of sitting back and forgetting all about the forecheck.. just dump at the blue line if you are lucky to skate over the red line and hope beyond hope that your goalie continues to stop every shot. same **** as the first canada game. flipping stupid.

I thought it was a pretty doggy call, too, dear.

I would have been OK with the call on the US kid if they also called one on the Canada kid that hit him after the shot. Because that hit was worse.

Mr called the call before they blew the whistle. Replay looked like he made no attempt to avoid. Sux esp if they were letting other stuff goes but it was legit.

Was he bumped towards the net? Yes. But, it looked to me like he still could have done more to avoid contact with the goalie like that.

Typical USA hockey. Right when I think they are going to do it, something stupid happens.

I agree. You either take them both or you take neither.

I was waiting for another call inside 2:00, but Canada took care of business before it was necessary.

Not gonna lie. 20 minutes ago I wasn't too worried about whether we won or lost.
