University of Maine 2024–2025: Freel-ing good

Oullette was certainly better than the Morris/Romeo tandem that followed. The pre-Swayman years were ROUGH. (Also shoutout Rob McGovern of course)
Romeo never really got a fair shake in his time here, it's a shame he left early.

He had a really good season at Ohio State after he sat out his transfer year (2.06 GAA, .927 SV% with 22 wins).

From what I heard from people back then (my freshman year being the year after he left) Romeo and Red both couldn't stand each other and it was well known, which is what led him to transfer.

Pretty impressive this will be Maine’s first season with single digit losses since 2004. This team has brass ones they’re fun to watch
