And sense there a bubble team the commity might not send them, due to there out of conference record.

But basically lets go NMU!!!!

I'm not sure what that sentence says, but their out of conference record has nothing to do with it, its not subjective. It will go straight by the numbers, if they get in, they get in.

no if the numbers fall where they may be , they will be in ... no team that has won its conference has never missed ncaa , but something tells me colo , accomplished that feat years ago ... lets hope trend doesnt start again

This is what we should be hoping for tomorrow.

3:30PM: CCHA Consolation: Miami vs. FSU - MIAMI
4PM: ECAC Consolation: SLU vs. Brown (Doesn't Matter?)
7PM: ECAC Championship: Union vs. Cornell - CORNELL
7PM: Hockey East Championship: Maine vs. BC - BC
7PM: AHA Championship: Sacred Heart vs. RIT - SHU
7:30PM: CCHA championship: Michigan vs. Northern Michigan - NMU
8PM: WCHA Championship: North Dakota vs. St. Cloud - ? (doesn't matter?)

Does all this need to happen to get in?

Re: UNH Wildcats - '10 Playoff Edition

Nope.

Our best bet is to hope Miami wins, and then at least one of Michigan, Union or Maine have to lose, I believe..

If Miami wins then Michigan winning (UNM winning doesn't hurt) helps.

If Ferris wins and RIT wins look out! UNH ends up a 14 and in a very bad position. Meaning Cornell, BC and UNM would need to win or UNH is out with any of these upsets.

Union and Maine can hurt by taking spots but in multiple cases with Miami and Michigan winning UNH gets to 11t holding the tie breaker.

The dooms day scenario would be ferris , winning , mich winning ,RIT winning

BUT WAIT , IF STCLOUD BEATS NORTH DAKOTA this EFFECTS UNH , KNOCKS THEM DOWN TO A 12 AND THEY WOULD GET IN , EVEN WITH SOME OTHER UPSETS LIKE CORNELL LOSING OR EVEN BC.... ooops have to edit if wiscon wins there consolation game knocks unh back to 14 ..

The only scenario I have found (so far) in which UNH will be out is if the following teams win

Ferris State
Michigan
St Lawrence
Union
Maine
Denver
ND
RIT

UNH would be in a 3 way tie with Michigan and Vermont for 14th. UNH and Vermont would be bumped to make way for RIT and Union.

Our chances are very good.

There are situations in which Michigan, Union and Maine win, and we still get in. Just trying to help.

I understand, but if you go back and follow the quoted conversation, it was true :p I'm too tired and sick to go back and quote it all :)

Understood. My bad for jumping into conversation mid stream.

I am a HUGE Miami fan tonight.

Definitely... they're still playing for the #1 overall seed in the tourney, so they've got a lot at stake. Thats an earlyish game too, so thats good, get that out of the way and see how things fall in the league championship games...

First time in a while that we've been this concerned with the other league tourneys eh?
