I always said that they should have chained him to the crossbar. But what a pro career he had, albeit cut short by injury.
Late bloomer i guess. He did his time in the ahl too.

North Dakota fall of 2010 in terms of quality of opponent, both ranked teams, and buzz. The Alfond was a zoo that weekend. One of my favorites since post 2007 era.
Its freakin' November, how big can they be. Certainly aren't that big for BC other than a league opponent. Maine fans think its big and again its a league game so it is in that respect. Beating a team with a roster full of not only draft picks but many 1st round picks would be great.
Maine getting 0/6 points would be a disappointment, in my opinion. I can't realistically hope for more than 3, but I think they are easily capable of winning once this weekend.
Like Wally said, it’s only November. Maine is still attempting to climb the ladder and beating the top of the ladder would be nice, but it’s the middle rungs of that ladder (like Merrimack) that is at this stage of the season is the focus.
That said, after many years of following college hockey, and as I have said before, just because a TEAM is loaded with blue chippers doesn’t mean they are unbeatable. Sometimes when you load up on recruits who were previously high scorers at the Jr levels, they don’t always mesh as a team consistently. We’ve seen it many times in witnessing the “forcing” of plays, etc.

All these years and you are still an idiot. You didn't understand the question? I figured it was easy to digest in regard to this looking like Maine's best team in over a decade.
