They suck so much Maine didn't even sniff BCs zone for the first 11 minutes of the game but once Maine got that PP goal they fell apart. Unreal how much the momentum swung in this game. I figured BC would have 4-0 or 5-0 lead after one they were so dominating in the 1st half of period 1. Once again Sully plays a solid game, made the saves he should have and few that saved Maines bacon. Thank Will ONeill for BCs tying 4th goal. The flurry after that was great, up and down and point blank shots from both teams, freakin great game to watch in the 3rd.
Most fun I've had at Alfond since the Lowell HE QFs.

I wish I had a blood pressure cuff on Jerry after that lineman stopped the puck from going in Maines zone which allowed Spence to change its direction for that Flynn goal.

Jerry's gonna blow a gasket like Whistlin Dick did yearz ago. :)

Anyway, by any measure and as many problems as BC has, a successful weekend.....maybe notTimmays doing but the players deserve recognition. The real test is next weekend. I dont believe for a minute they can manage anything but getting swept out of Boston. .....we see what these guys are really made of. Might be worth the trip to Scarletsville just for this one.;)

It was a great weekend with two well played games and a crowd that came back from the 90's. This team never gave up once all weekend and now if they can just carry that into BU next weekend. WOW!:)

They've only won one game at Hairy Anus so its not sounding too promising. I thinks its a house of horrors for Sully but lets see what happens.1 point would be a good weekend, 2 points would be awesome

The zebras influenced the puck several times during the game, mostly favoring Maine. So much so they should have been one of the 3-stars of the game.

After the game York genuinely seemed shocked that the Eagles were leaving with zero points.

Hats off (literally) to Mangene. Even after he switched back to defense he played terrific in all three zones.

The key also was keeping Kreider and his linemates off the scoreboard all weekend...............They must feel the worst as the probably felt that they were NHL ready.............

Hey KIA it's been awhile. I had the pleasure of being on hand for both games and just catching up this morning. Saw this line from you after the Friday night gae and the note of sarcasm on Abbott's hands. Would you care to rephrase after some of the passes he made on Saturday? The one to FLynn on the 2-1 on the back hand and the pass to Mangene at the goal mouth.

BC clearly very talented and killed us on the forecheck. But great perseverance and effort by Maine. All 4 lines both nights were giving it 100%, and that 3rd period flurry when the game was tied was as good as it gets at Alfond!

That saucer pass to Flynn was as good as it gets, I think he missed Diamond or Diamond missed it on the Mangene goal, but again another nice pass thru a sea of sticks and legs
The flurry in the 3rd by both teams won't be forgotten very easily, that was awesome

Connor Leen earning his first career point and game winning goal was so special for him. Great focus as he followed his first shot to the goal and picked the rebound out of the air.

You trash a young kid a lot considering he is leading HE, and has been 1,2 in the nation for most the year. Imagine if he was outside the top 10 how hard you would be on him? It's probably because you are much more gifted than most the players out there so they should be doing things your way. I'm glad he made you eat your words last night.

And I thought the fans were tough on the Leafs and the Habs.

Manges is a typo mistake of Mangene ?? You got to be chittin me... lol....cud this be a BC education shining through here ? :D Here's how I see it young fella, a left out apostrophe could be a typo, but Manges is a total spelling abortion of Mangene, eh ? :D

Guess typing isn't that good when you had shoulder surgery last week, and are typing with your left arm, good try thou. I think there is better things to talk about like hockey, typo police!
