It will be Holka in tonight. Rabbe could play if needed tomorrow. Oliver out for the weekend for sure. Go Huskies!!!!!

How much time does the Husky 4th line typically get? Would you expect that time to drop this game given their accumlative +/-?

Husky 4 line has actually been pretty solid lately. They have tilted the ice to the offensive zone more than they have had to defend. You won't get a ton of points but who's 4 line does? They play pretty smart, simple and hard nosed. With that said, clearly the speed limit for this series goes up dramatically. I think the Huskies would love to roll 4 lines 5 on 5. It is when they are at their best. Having the last change will also give Motzko the benefit of evaluating where and when he will use them. I am confident that they can be trusted to handle some ice time this weekend.

I work with a guy who is a gopher fan all year EXCEPT when they play St. Cloud, being an icky alum and all. I see this being a heck of a weekend. I think Motzco is a very good coach and seems to know how to coach against the Gophers. The Huskies have the advantage until they start imagining their own flowing locks in that fetching yellow / orange we unfortunately saw adorning the Gopher manes last year and start coughing up pucks. I expect three points, but if we get four, well I'll deal with it. If it comes to fisticuffs between coaches ( ala Mich Tech was it???? ) my money is on Lucia getting carted off......

10 to go in the 3rd. No matter how this game turns out I'm not impressed with Cloud. They're lucky it's this close....edit...and Schmidt score. Nuff said.

The gophers deserve to win. Hopefully the huskies can win tomorrow night.

Gophers win 4-2

Shouldn't have even been that close, the 2nd waved off goal was a joke, it should have been 5-2.

No offense to Omaha, North Dakota, and Denver fans, but that was the best team I've seen play in this building.

Fun game to watch. Huskies have talent but Gophers controlled the play.

A nice 6-2 win for the Minnesotans.

Gophers looked great. I am not gonna play the 'our team played like crap' card. Gophers just took it to em. Huskies need at least one point tomorrow night. Need to shoot more from outside. Too much passing close to the net.

Game wasn't as close as the (official) score.

Could have been 5-0 after 1.

Gophers came to play...SCSU seemed timid and were off their game. Credit Gophers for knocking them off game. I felt both reviews were correct calls...blinders off, I would agree with final calls.
