Pretty sure all women are like that...when they have SOs anyways. I won't watch anything that requires a true attention span with my gf because we aint rewinding and I am not explaining the plot 12 times!
In that vein though we are watching The Good Place cause she never finished it. (I did) The first season is completely different when you know the twist. You notice little things that tip the hand but are so subtle you never really figure it out. We just started season 2...I think she made it through 3 and quit so she has no clue how it ends.
Yeah that’s it. My daughter loves it as well.Is that the one about the school of all the kids of Disney characters or something? I have a friend whose daughter is obssessed with something like that.
19-2 is a gritty cop drama series, and I want to watch the whole thing. It looks so good.Jared Keeso, the creator who plays Wayne, was known for his dramatic roles. He played a lead in a CBC cop show called 19-2 for a few years and played Don Cherry in a couple of movies.
I was going to point out the school shooting episode but didn't want to fill my post with a ton of information. It's a 13 MINUTE CONTINUOUS SHOT from the time they respond! Crazy thing is 19-2 was made in French first and that show is actually a remake. The director who filmed that episode also filmed the French version episode a few years before, the English one is literally a shot for shot remake.19-2 is a gritty cop drama series, and I want to watch the whole thing. If you have a half hour where you want your butt clenched the whole time, they have a school shooting episode. After the opening credits (when they respond to the shooing), it becomes *ONE CONTINUOUS TAKE*. They filmed it with a tracking shot following the main characters. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qGQh6LOPruA
*edit* There may be a couple camera cuts after the commercial break halfway through.
That episode had better have swept whatever the Canadian version of the Emmy's are.
SNL should have had a skit where Dan Levy and Bowen Yang played twins, because aren't they sorta?

That was a pretty bad episode but the Zillow ad justified it.
Who was that, let's go with, "musical," guest? Is she some famous Hollywood exec's daughter or something? She reminded me of a cross between Kate Capshaw and Rebecca Black. Who is bankrolling her? Is she Lorne's daughter?
Yeah that episode won a few Canadian Screen Awards: Drama Series, Direction, and Casting. Keeso actually won the Best Actor in a Drama Series award the year before.
Oh goody. Now good eats is moving entirely to Discovery+
I’m not signing up for another streaming service.
Attempted to watch House from the start this time. But for some reason, I couldn't get through the pilot episode.
But in that episode it actually is lupus.
I actually have no idea, because it's never lupus.
It actually is lupus in one episode...and it is rather anti-climactic.
The first 4-5 episodes of House are iffy...but once you power through that it gets to be fun.
I've seen maybe half of the episodes, so I was just going with House's line I heard however many times.
Oh I know...it made me giggle. I think it would have been better if he never actually got a case of Lupus...or better yet it ended with him getting Lupus :^D
