Open it in the cities and I'd be game. Seriously, I'd be up for investing in/partially owning/becoming a regular at a bar.
It'd obviously have to be researched, but if you assume a 10-person ownership group, you're probably looking at $10k-$20k apiece for renovating and another $10k-20k apiece to put together the necessary down payment on financing a $500k-$1 mil property. Then there's the actual start-up cost of purchasing supplies / hiring staff / getting the necessary permits/licensing.
