I don't think I ever had a problem with that. You obviously know that M. Dupont was the one that I liked the most. :D

One of the mom's on another message board has a picture of her pre-school daughters curling. It's the cutest picture.

A larger group would make financing easier but would also make managing the property / making decisions more difficult if everyone wanted a say in all the decision-making.

yeah, contracts would have to be drawn up...it would get messy with the profits being spread out amongst such a large group...but I could see this group pulling it off. :D
