What a great weekend.
Dorkisak/Yager almost getting involved in a drug deal by a liquor store in St Paul
bbdl trying to hit on a girl by pointing to his cowboy hat, and drunkenly slurring, "I've got a hat! Isn't it sweet?!"
Dirty and his buddy getting moved to the handicapped section because the ushers saw that Dirty's buddy was hammered. And THOUGHT Dirty was hammered.
A couple great hockey games.
Beautiful weather for tailgating; can't wait until the F4!
Seeing Cary Eades last night at the bar (UND asst coach) and watching the Techies try and recruit him to coach their team.
I know there's more highlights of this weekend out there, but I am still waking up, and sort of recovering.

They were glad-handing him, and apparently Eades told them "raise the pay scale. I made more than your coach this year." But he was laughing about it was took it all in good humor.

Sources of amusement for me this weekend in no particular order:
- convincing UND fans at the X on Thursday that sloe vag and I were from Alaska and proceeding to tell them the differences between the two states
- when a group of women wanted our table as we were leaving Reid's on Friday, I told a hot blonde she had to hug MNS first (and she did; he seemed uncomfortable with the idea)
- meeting LWB and being sworn at
- convincing some random cougar on the way to the X Thursday that I walked to St. Paul from Anchorage
- telling a shot girl at Reid's that sloe vag was from Alaska, and then hearing him attempt to BS his way through that by taking on Twitch's identity in a manner of speaking
- seeing the same Mankato fan on Thursday and Friday - who was horrified to learn that everything wasn't as it seemed (saw me in a UAA jersey Thursday and bought the "I'm from Alaska" hook, line, and sinker - only to see me in a Tech jersey Friday and then blurt out "has everyone been lying to me this weekend?!")
- seeing a couple really good games with a decent atmosphere - perhaps this bodes well for the WCHA in a BTHC world. Let's hope so.

Given where MEg lives, I bet I know which store it is (MGM?). Ever since it changed ownership years ago, it's become kind of shady, despite the neighborhood being decent.

And I hope PA puts up Cardinal's IALTO picture, with him passed out, sitting in his trunk.

Just remembered:
Saturday night, when bbdl and I found an empty table in the middle of the bar (prime seating location), the bouncer came over and mentioned that that table was "one of the 'money tables,' so make sure we spend some money and treat our waitress well."
I didn't know whether to be perturbed that we were being kind of told where to sit/what to do, or to laugh because the guy obviously didn't know/remember us from the night before.
I'm pretty sure due to the trays of shots that we were buying, that the bar was pleased. Especially the waitress/shot girl.
