TRP: Alcohol-Induced Impotence

Re: TRP: Alcohol-Induced Impotence

Yeah, the girlfriend thing was fiction. From what I have read/heard, the basic important facts were correct, but the outside substance stuff to make a movie was made up.

Well it doesn't really matter. The movie was so dull I fell asleep. Now I'll never know how it all ended up. What happened with Facebook? Did it do okay? :p:cool:

Re: TRP: Alcohol-Induced Impotence

As difficult as that is to imagine, yes, it happened.

Yeah, I was not a happy person on Sat. Or Fri. Thankfully, nothing was broken at Chez Rube, but things were thrown.

And yay for short work-weeks (3 days!) but at this rate, I'll have worked close to 40 hours by then anyway. :(

At least I have beer coming to me from outstate friends. :)

Re: TRP: Alcohol-Induced Impotence

I still don't trust links that I see on this board....at least not at work.

This was bizarre. I don't exactly know why it is supposed to be fun.

One more *ing day of *ing work. These *ing 9am-8pm *ing days are *ing terrible.

One's a sick duck and the other, well, I don't remember but your mother's a whore.

Re: TRP: Alcohol-Induced Impotence

To MNS and bbdl: * you.

When I started here, you were lucky to get 40 hours. They'd basically write you off for 40, or, on the rare occasion you hit 40, they'd send you home. Now? You're "lucky" if you have less then 46-48 hours a week. Imagine lunch rush. At a mall food court. During Christmas. That is us, every day, for 9-10 hours a day.

Wow. Just found footage of MNS hitting on a chick:

That's what my department has been like 24/7 for the last three months. Monday was the first day I came into work and there were less than 20 items on our to do list.

Re: TRP: Alcohol-Induced Impotence

Sometimes, my job can be kinda fun. I'm going to be working on the Fourth of July this year (my company is the sponsor of the Boston Pops on the Esplanade) and I'm currently listening to the first round of music selection that is going to be playing in person and on the national TV broadcast while the fireworks are going on.

Re: TRP: Alcohol-Induced Impotence

Never seen this before. Double Jeopardy ends and one contestant has 26,000, the other two are in the red. They don't get to compete in final jeopardy. This guy better bet everything. He'll get to come back tomorrow even if he ends up with zero, correct?

Edit: He had 29,300. He bet 1200. Wimp. He got it right, too.
