Moorhead-Elk River (1994) immediately comes to mind. I *think* that one went 5 OT's before Moorhead won (game was played in a packed concrete center in St, Clooud).

I sent a facebook chat message to flashy asking if he wanted 2 of them but didn't get a response. State of hockey and another friend of mine have since spoken for them. Sorry!
