I doubt any other sponsor cuts ties with Tiger - he is too important to their bottom line. They will lay low with their marketing of Tiger during his leave of absence. Then when he mounts (no pun intended) his return to the game, at the Masters, they will start easing back into their marketing campaigns.
I am sure Tiger's marketing/corporate team strongly has advised him to take the leave and lay low. It is the end of the golf season so there is no loss there. Now it is matter of controlling the damage and letting it drop from the public mind once the next celebrity scandal comes up.
He may have damaged his reputation in many people's minds, but the corporate powers know that they just need to get through this and their cash cow will be back. That is all that is really important - that Tiger comes back saying he has repented, he is a new man, devoted to family, etc. and then let the cash registers ring.
