Of course he should have said no. In fact, he should have said no to marriage. Celebs/athletes face temptation many orders of magnitude greater than the rest of us and should be acutely aware of that fact before they ever walk down the aisle and exchange vows.

Exactly. If he wasn't married, no one would really care what he did with women as long as he wasn't breaking the law. There's no need to get married if you're going to behave that way and the wife isn't in agreement - it only causes the rest of the family pain.
I don't think a guy is unable to be faithful because he's famous or an athlete. The reason a lot of famous atheletes cheat is because they have the opportunity and are too weak to say no. If they wanted, they could say no, but it takes a strong character.

Of course. The thing that's inane is all the everyday Joes thumping their chests with righteous indignation, when the waitress at the local diner wouldn't give them a second look. Yeah, their fidelity is really the result of iron character. :p

Basically. Tiger is a huge DB for doing this to his wife, but the temptation he faces is likely something none of us can comprehend.

It makes sense that Derek Jeter never got married.

No, celebrities just have a better chance at having an affair with someone who is actually attractive for free, everyday Joe just goes out and pays a hooker ;)

I think this has proven that sex is very rarely free. ;) (I can't say never, since I told somebody else to "never say never" in the Big Ten Hockey thread.:D)
 
I don't know how much of this is new nor factual info (never really paid attention) but some Hollywood reporter on KQ this morning said there are now up to 6 women, that apparently this started shortly after Tiger was married, that he used to fly women to meet him for tournaments and fly them out before his family arrived, that he's known for being a really poor gambler in Vegas and has tantrums when he loses, and that connected folks at various restaurants and various nightclubs claim he's a notorious pr ick.
