WARRIOR HOCKEY PLAYER OF THE WEEK
#15 EMILY FIELD, BOSTON COLLEGE
(Junior Forward; Littleton, Mass.)
Field recorded six points (4g,2a) on the weekend in two games vs. Vermont and Northeastern. She amassed two goals in the 6-1 victory at Vermont Friday and followed that up with four points (2g,2a) in Sunday's 6-1 win vs. Northeastern. She finished the weekend with seven shots on goal and a +4 plus/minus rating.
PRO AMBITIONS ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
#14 MADDIE ELIA, BOSTON UNIVERSITY
(Freshman Forward; Lewiston, N.Y.)
Elia finished the week with six points (2g,4a) in three games. She was a +4 and totaled four points (2g,2a) in 5-1 win over Maine on Saturday at Walter Brown Arena.
WHEA DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
#29 CORINNE BOYLES, BOSTON COLLEGE
(Senior Goaltender; Wheaton, Ill.)
Boyles recorded a .968 save percentage in the two wins over the weekend making 60 saves for the Eagles, making 30 saves in each start at Vermont and Northeastern.
WHEA TEAM OF THE WEEK
BOSTON UNIVERSITY TERRIERS
The Terriers won all three league games they played this week and outscored their opponent 15 to 5 in those games and outshot their opponent, 110-70. BU went a perfect 10-for-10 on the penalty kill during the week. The Terriers have won a league-record 21 straight league contests dating back to November 16, 2012 vs. Providence.
