This Week In Hockey East, Volume II: Now Even Hockey East-ier!

Re: This Week In Hockey East, Volume II: Now Even Hockey East-ier!

In the nine HE tournament games over the past three years, Kerrin Sperry has allowed just 13 goals for a 1.444 GAA

She is big game goaler for sure. If memory serves me correctly, as a rookie she was in nets in the final against a stacked Wisco team in the 2010 FF and played great. BU lost, but she held them in the game until the third.

I notice you conveniently leave out the game that mattered

Not to mention the other curbstomping in Worcestor a few years earlier.

Minnesota doesn't have the greatest track record against BC in the NCAA tournament. The only win for either gender in recent memory was the game where #1 Minnesota was barely able to squeak by #8 BC in the women's quarterfinal at Ridder.

Alas, both BU and BC were bounced in the NCAA quarters today. Let's hope for a return to the Frozen Four for the league next year.

Apparently the pull of returning to partake in St. Paddy's festivities was just too great for all three Boston teams. :D

Re: This Week In Hockey East, Volume II: Now Even Hockey East-ier!

3 Boston teams? Ithaca, NY is in Boston?

BC, BU and Harvard, all located within a few miles of one another, were eliminated today. What does that have to do with Ithaca?

By the way, congrats. You should buy a lottery ticket...or maybe play some Pro-Line.

Nothing ..was JK...was yankin someone else's chain because they seem to live in their own little world that may or may not be in the area of Boston :p so I left them out completely and was referring to Cornell
