This Week In Hockey East, Volume II: Now Even Hockey East-ier!

You can always head to the Cape. I mean if it is a BC-BU final would you not want to be there ?.
I mean, I *want* to be there in the sense that I would like to watch the game. But I'm not planning on going because it's REALLY freaking far, I'm planning on hanging out with my wife at my in laws for a bit tomorrow, and (not even being funny here) I'm having a bit of a personal protest for the game being in freaking HYANNIS. It is a trip that is convenient to NO ONE.

BTW...I'm hoping for a Clarkson-BC quarter in Potsdam. Would you come up for that ?
Nah, that's really too far. I will be there if it's in Boston. Probably not if it's at Cornell either but it's a possibility.

Can you post the link to the announcement on the website? I can't find it and I'm trying to find some kind of hint as to what channel it will be on with DISH.

Sorry, no announcement, just mentioned in the BU-NU game recap: http://www.hockeyeastonline.com/women/recaps14.php?wbu_noe1.m08. I'm not sure why Hockey East has not put out a general press release as it was announced several times during the game (unless it is in fact not correct).

Arg, any way to see it live? Especially if you happen to be in Australia?

Yeah, go to a bar. Order lots of Fosters. Ask the bar keep to ditch the kangaroo racing on the box in favor of women's hockey somewhere on the dish.

Additional wrinkle, it's at about five in the morning here... this is beginning to feel doomed.

Re: This Week In Hockey East, Volume II: Now Even Hockey East-ier!

I keep hearing multiple reports of this game being live on NESN+ but don't see it on the listing yet... getting pretty nervous.

Re: This Week In Hockey East, Volume II: Now Even Hockey East-ier!

Joe just confirmed -- if you pull up the NESN+ channel there is a graphic advertising it as we speak.

Re: This Week In Hockey East, Volume II: Now Even Hockey East-ier!

didnt HE stream both games yesterday? will they be doing it today?

Re: This Week In Hockey East, Volume II: Now Even Hockey East-ier!

is there really no way to watch this game live outside of the new england area?

no online streaming at all?

Re: This Week In Hockey East, Volume II: Now Even Hockey East-ier!

So how many more years are we stuck in Hyannis for?... If this tournament is going to continue there they need to upgrade some basic features like overhead goal cameras. Still a little ridiculous that this tournament is so far out, NU is the closest at 1.25 hours away.

After 3 years:
bu: 6-0
NU: 1-3
bc: 1-3
PC:1-2
UVM: 0-1

Well done BU ladies!

Coach Durocher has done an incredible job from starting the program and building it into a current Hockey East dynasty. Champions 4 out of the last 5 years. Hats off to him and the team. (Ahem, mens' team take cue)

In the nine HE tournament games over the past three years, Kerrin Sperry has allowed just 13 goals for a 1.444 GAA
